RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Quilt Exhibit is open to all. An entry fee of $5.00 (non-refundable) is required for each entry to be judged.
2. Quilts previously entered in the RPQG quilt show are not eligible for competition.
3. Classes for judging and their criteria are listed in this brochure. Please read carefully to determine the right class for each entry.
4. A 4” deep hanging sleeve is required for all quilt entries.
5. All entries must be clean and in good condition. No quilt made from commercially quilted fabric will be accepted.
6. All quilts MUST hang at the church for the duration of the show. No exhibitor will be permitted to set up, remove or rearrange the exhibit.
7. Each entry form must be accompanied by a photograph of the entry.
8. The Quilt Show reserves the right to accept or refuse an entry.

9. Exhibitors agree to allow photographs of their entry to be used in any publicity about the Quilt Exhibit and/or the Rockbridge Regional Fair.
